We co-invest with institutional investors (real estate funds, hedge funds and family offices),
setting fee structures based on performance driven KPI’s.
We work with local partners, for boots in the ground in all projects we invest in and share
management and success fees for performance aligned teams.
Sky villas has established a strategic joint venture with Bergamot, a real estate development
company based in Portugal that is managing our first investment in the Project Alto do Alto.
Bergamot, with 20 years of experience in real estate development and a shared vision on
improving the urban environment and value adding development has integrated the team with
its cofounders integrating the board.
