Finance (in ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management) and playing top executive roles
in health care, tourism trade and urban mobility sectors, across diverse geographies and in
either blue chip corporate or startup digital business environments.
The major highlights of his executive career include running Sixt, Avis and Budget car rental
brands in Iberia and Brazil and pioneering Shared Light Electric Vehicles with global
responsibilities at Scoot and Bird.
António has also been developing projects of his own in Wellness, F&B and Real Estate fields.
Within Real Estate, António has ongoing end to end projects in Lisbon and in the Algarve with a
total projected market value in excess of €100m.

Francisco is a civil engineer that has dedicated his career to real estate development. With
a background of over 20 years in real estate he has been directly involved in the
management of projects with a total value over US$ 750 million.
Francisco studied
engineering in Instituto Superior Técnico, in Lisbon, and started his career in Teixeira
Duarte – Real Estate as a Development Manager.

Manuel Costa Gabriel
After 7 years of experience in Deloitte Consulting, as Strategy & Operations Manager, with
passages trough such diverse industries as Oil&Gas and Hospitality, Manuel undertook the
challenge and responsibility for the Business Development, Commercial and Marketing
areas of the biggest real estate project in Angola, The Luanda Waterfront.
There he was
responsible for the development of 1,5 million square meters of premium GLA, with a
market value of 12 billion USD. Manuel studied engineering in Instituto Superior Técnico,
in Lisbon
